Experience the Terroir of Burgundy

At Lactique974, we're thrilled to offer educational, entertaining cheese & wine pairings that showcase the unique terroir of Burgundy, and how it influences the region's exceptional wines and cheeses. Our selection features the exquisite wines of Maison Shaps, the winery Hanna oversees and she provides an exceptional understanding of the plots and winemaking.

What's included: discover 6 select Maison Shaps wines, including three whites and three reds, 6 curated Burgundian cheeses, including one goat cheese, along with local bread and other accompaniments.

This interactive and informative tasting lasts between 1 and 1.5 hours

Pricing:

Our pairings are designed for groups from 6 people to 20

Pricing on site at Maison Shaps in Meursault or within a 10km radius of Beaune or Dijon

6 people : 60€ per person

7-10 people : 55€ per person

10-14 + : 50€

14+: please contact us for pricing

For events further away, there is a supplemental charge.

Policies and Conditions

We will do our best to accomodate any allergies and intolerances, please let us know at the time of your booking

  • possible to add on a charcruterie board

  • 50% deposit due at booking, if cancelled prior to two weeks before the event, deposit is refunded. If cancelled one week before, 50% of deposit is kept. For all cancellations less than 48 hours before the start of the event, the deposit is non refundable.

  • Minimum amount of guests is six adults, for any changes or no-shows, the party will be billed for six spots.

  • For less than six people, please contact us for a quote
